Peter has enjoyed a happily varied career as a musical director, composer, freelance arranger, actor and vocal coach. He co-wrote both The Hatpin, LoveBites, and the recipient of the Arts Victoria and VCA new work grant, A Little Touch Of Chaos with long-time friend and collaborator, James Millar.

His shows have been produced across Australia, New York, London and many other cities in the world. As musical director, his theatre credits include Little Women, The Hatpin, LoveBites, Sing On Through Tomorrow, Annie (Associate MD), Cats (Associate MD), Jekyll & Hyde (Associate MD), The Music Of Andrew Lloyd Webber (Associate MD), and Hats Off, 2009 amonst others. Most recently, he returned from working at several tertiary institutions in London as a resident vocal tutor and musical director. Cabaret shows include The Divine Miss Bette, The Fabulous Frances Faye, 10 Things I Hate About Cabaret, Legends, Live and Legless, and Home Thoughts From Abroad. Peter also appeared onstage with Opera Australia’s The Pirates of Penzance with Anthony Warlow and David Hobson.

He was one of the proud 2011 recipients of the OASG’s award for his contribution to the arts.
